This website is operated by Launchgrid Ltd, trading as LetManagr, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing this site you agree to these terms.

This site is a pre-launch waitlist for the LetManagr product. No working software is available through this site at present.

Use of this site

You may use this site to:

• Read information about the LetManagr product
• Submit a waitlist application for early access
• Book a discovery call through the embedded Calendly widget

You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information in the application form
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of this site
• Scrape or copy content from this site for commercial use without permission

Waitlist applications

Submitting an application to the LetManagr waitlist does not constitute a contract, guarantee of access, or commitment of any kind from either party.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any application, and to change the terms of the founding cohort offer at any time before a formal agreement is signed.

The founding cohort pricing and terms described on this site are indicative. They become binding only when set out in a written agreement signed by both parties.

No warranties

This site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Information about the LetManagr product describes intended functionality. Actual features at launch may differ. We do not guarantee that any specific feature described on this site will be available at product launch or at any particular time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launchgrid Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Our total liability for any direct loss arising from use of this site shall not exceed £100.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the LetManagr name, logo, product descriptions, and UI designs, is the property of Launchgrid Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Third-party links and embeds

This site embeds Calendly for booking discovery calls. Your use of Calendly is subject to Calendly's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
