Who we are

LetManagr is operated by Launchgrid Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” in this policy refer to Launchgrid Ltd.

We are the data controller for the personal information you provide when using this website or signing up to the LetManagr waitlist.

What information we collect

When you apply for early access, we collect:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your agency name
• Your role at the agency
• The number of units your agency manages
• Your current CRM system
• Any additional information you choose to share in the optional message field

We also collect standard server log data (IP addresses, browser type, referring pages) to operate and improve the website. This data is not used to identify individuals.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Assess whether LetManagr is a good fit for your agency
• Contact you to arrange a discovery call
• Send you product updates relevant to your waitlist application
• Improve our product and understand market needs

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

• Legitimate interests — to evaluate waitlist applications and follow up with prospective customers.
• Consent — where you have explicitly opted in to marketing communications.
• Contract — to fulfil obligations where you become a paying customer.

How long we keep your data

We retain waitlist applications for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

If you become a customer, we retain relevant data for the duration of the contract and for up to 6 years afterwards, as required by UK law.

Third parties and data processors

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and business:

• Supabase — stores waitlist form submissions. Data is held in EU-based infrastructure.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (confirmation and follow-up).
• Calendly — facilitates discovery call booking. Calendly's own privacy policy applies when you interact with their scheduling widget.
• Vercel — hosts this website. Standard server logs are processed in accordance with Vercel's privacy policy.

Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to deliver their service to us, under data processing agreements that comply with UK GDPR.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)

To exercise any of these rights, email will@letmanagr.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how well our advertising campaigns perform. When you first visit, you will see a cookie banner asking whether you accept or decline these cookies.

If you accept, Google sets cookies in your browser and receives data about your visit, including whether you submitted the waitlist form. This data is used solely to optimise our ad spending. Google's own privacy policy applies to data held by Google: policies.google.com/privacy.

If you decline, no Google Ads tracking data is sent and no advertising cookies are set. The site works the same either way, and your waitlist application is processed normally.

You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this site, which will bring the banner back so you can make a fresh choice.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone on the waitlist at the time of the change.
